A primary and secondary school teacher at Escola Quinta das Palmeiras in Covilhã, he encourages the study of Physics and Chemistry by combining humour — as a teaching tool — with a passion for knowledge and for interacting with his pupils. An enthusiast of music, cinema, literature, essays and graphic novels, he finds the school to be the ideal setting for sharing ideas.
He is a co-founder of CooLabora, the Profound Whatever Association and a couple of sports clubs, having held various positions on their governing bodies over the years.
He ventures, albeit tentatively, into music through individual and collective projects, both in recording and in occasional concerts, e.g., WOOL 24, FPW 22 and 26.
