Luís Octávio Costa is from Viana and worked as a journalist for “Público” between 1998 and 2024. He was the founder and editor of “P3” and explored Portugal and the world whilst working for “Fugas” magazine. On Instagram, where he has been active since 2011, he goes by the name Kitato. He has devoted himself to telling stories connected to nature and the land, to the territory and the people who, in one way or another, shape it. He is the founder and editor of Primitiva magazine.
