Omer Shamir is a filmmaker and activist. His first feature documentary Know Hope won the Best Documentary award in DocAviv 2025. His short film Mille Moutons competed in Clermont Ferrand 2025. His second feature documentary about a Palestinian photojournalist is currently in post-production.
