PRIMITIVA is an independent Portuguese magazine dedicated to travel journalism, photography and the exploration of the world through profound and human narratives. Conceived as an object to be treasured, reread and savoured, it prioritises time, observation and authenticity, steering clear of fast-paced formats and instant gratification. Through text, imagery and editorial design, it seeks to tell stories that reveal cultures, places and people with depth and sensitivity.

In its second issue, Primitiva continues to affirm the editorial identity that sets it apart: a keen eye on the world, where travel serves as a starting point for exploring human, social and cultural realities. Maintaining its commitment to auteur photography, narrative journalism and a meticulously designed publication, this issue reinforces the idea of travelling not merely to discover places, but to understand contexts, preserve memories and forge more conscious connections with the world.

It is within WOOL’s context and mission to showcase the world and bring a little more of the world to Covilhã that the launch of issue no. 2 of Primitiva magazine takes place, featuring an article on the artist  ADDAM YEKUTIELI, who is featured in the WOOL 2026 edition. An interview conducted in a very specific context, which we recommend experiencing first-hand!
